FAREWELL ZAHIDA!!!
On behalf of 8C and myself, I would like to thank you Zahida for everything you have contributed to our class, the school, and the community! You are the perfect example of what it means to make a difference to others. I hope that you enjoyed the presentation today and I hope you realized just how important you are and have been to our class!!! This afternoon, it was very clear that you have rubbed off of many students in our class as well as myself. We don't always get recognized for our good deeds and for the contributions that we make in life... but I hope today you felt appreciated and recognized by our class!!!
8C, I also want to thank all of you for helping make today possible for Zahida's final day.... Today I saw compassion, caring, kindness, and appreciation from all of you! I know I have said it before, but today you made me realize how lucky and fortunate I am to be your homeroom teacher. I have seen so much growth and maturity in so many of you and that was clearly evident today!!!
Zahida, you will be greatly missed and I thank you for being such a compassionate and incredible young lady!!! All the best to you and have a safe flight to Afghanistan.

Thank you Zahida for helping this year. You have really changed everything! This year couldn't have been the best without you. Everyone makes a difference but I am very upset to see you leave, Of course I will feel the same way about anyone else, I hope you enjoyed today because I know I did very much! Enjoy you trip :) I will see you soon :) Thanks again for everything!

Hey Mr. D!!!:)I just saw your post and I don't know what else to say but thank you so much. What you, all of 8C and the staff did was amazing. It wasn't necessary but the fact that you guys still did it made me feel so appreciated and cared for. I loved the presentation on Friday and although it made cry it was amazing. This year was such an amazing year that I literally cannot forget. Everything we did together even the math lessons can never be forgotten. I enjoyed every second of school this year. Some people might think I’m weird but I don’t care because it is the truth. You were and still are an amazing teacher. I am so lucky to have been part of 8C. A lot has happened over the past three years at Hollycrest but this year was different. This year I have accomplished so much on a positive note. I have learned a lot and I achieved a lot in one year. I made 25 new friends and I worked with an inspirational teacher. I would like to thank everyone who had been part of my 8C journey and I appreciate everything you all have done. From bakers to movie makers, I learned so much from each and every one of you. I wish there was a word that could express my appreciation to all of you. I guess I could just say that all of you are special. You all have you own talents and you all are your own person. Most of all, you all are part of the 8C family. Good luck for the rest of the year! Have fun in graduation because that where you guys will shine. zahida, u have been a great friend and it is unfortunate that u have to leave early. im going to miss u and i hope we stay friends during high school. have a great summer and hope to see you soon
